Thus we gather the necessary information for our further research, which will be passed to our local consultant in the country which is subject to our research.


In order to identify promising partners for our clients, we proceed by combining a series of interviews with market participants, a targeted database research and the experience which we have acquired through over 500 such projects, which our company has performed over the years. In this way, we select an average of 20-25 companies that meet your criteria and which our local consultant will contact directly by phone and by email. All this allows us to verify at the end of an average 4-5 companies which not only meet all your requirements, but have also stated their interest in your products and in discussing a potential partnership with you.

The next step is your visit to the country which has been subject to our research. Lotse will make a detailed schedule for your business trip, and can also accompany and suport you throught the meetings, upon request. After having the meetings you will be able to make your own decision about which company will be the proper partner to build the new market for your products in the future.
